Our Hiring Process

AimLoan.com welcomes all interested candidates to apply for a position with our company.  Our hiring process is as follows:

1. Interested candidates attend a pre-employment testing session where they complete a job application and five basic proficiency tests, including math, vocabulary, grammar, attention to detail and reasoning ability. 
   
   
2. Candidates considered to be potential fits for open positions are called within 24 hours and a telephone interview is conducted.
   
   
3. An in-person interview is conducted with the Department Manager that the candidate would be reporting to.
   
   

Pre-Employment Testing Schedule

The following dates and times have been scheduled for pre-employment testing:

No appointment is necessary.  Please allow about an hour to complete the process.
