AimLoan.com is currently hiring experienced Loan Processors, Underwriters, Funders, and entry-level Loan Assistants.Loan Processors - Process loan applications submitted by clients over the Internet. Some experience required.
Underwriters - Underwrite A-Paper conventional mortgages. Extensive experience and knowledge of product guidelines required.
Funders - Draw docs, fund mortgages, ship files, follow up on trailing docs. Some experience required.
Call Center Reps - Assist clients inquiring by telephone. Some experience required. No individual license required.
Loan Assistants - Excellent entry level position into the mortgage industry, starting at $12 per hour. Strong data entry and customer service skills required. Training provided with opportunities to move into higher paying positions shown above.
Excellent work environment and compensation package, including salary and incentives. Full benefits after three months of employment, including health, dental, retirement plan and paid time off. All positions are full time and located at our one central location in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, California.
